The Selection Process

Our selection process mirrors the civil service recruitment by design.  This gives our candidates the opportunity to experience/practice applying for a civil service job.

Stage I: The first stage in the selection process will consist of a review of each applicant's questionnaire and resume.  Applications submitted without all required materials will not be given further consideration.

Stage II: The second stage will consist of an oral board interview.  Applicants who make it through the application screening will be scheduled to participate in a structured interview.

Stage III:  The candidates will be ranked based on their score achieved during the oral board interview.  The top 5 candidates will be the recipients of the Jake Walter Scholarship.
